	 AI and yet leave enough room for economic activity.\nRaphael Albert will 
	discuss how generative models interfere with our fundamental\nright to dig
	ital privacy and whether the current legal framework on data\nprotection p
	rovides sufficient protection against such interference. Kristina\nTica an
	d Joaquín Santuber will provide insights into understanding the concept\no
	f Human Oversight\, as introduced in Article 14 of the EU AI Act. The crit
	ique\nof this act focuses on the ambiguity and limitations of human decisi
	on-making\nand agency in overseeing\, controlling\, and intervening in hig
	h-risk AI systems\,\nwhich can affect fundamental rights. Her approach com

	eractive artwork HUMAN\nOVERS[A]IGHT: THE OPS ROOM.\n\nAbout\nKristina Tic
	a is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher\, with most recent\npracti
	ce centred on the artistic and theoretical exploration of the aesthetics\n
	and ethics of machine learning applications in visual computational proces
	ses.\nCurrently pursuing her practical and theoretical PhD research at the
	\nintersection of critical AI\, computational image and its aesth-ethics\,
	 media\ntheory and law\, between the Department of Media Theory at the Uni

	rofessional\, advocate\, and activist based\nin Linz\, Austria. Coming fro
	m a background in law and economics\, he began\nworking on privacy-related
	 issues in 2018. Since then\, he has worked in\ndifferent settings and fil
	led different roles. Of his many roles\, he had always\nliked those the mo
	st which allowed him to share what he has learned about\nprotecting our di
	gital privacy with others. To focus on sharing knowledge and\noutreach\, h
	e started PRIVACY MINDED in 2023.\n\nJoaquín Santuber is a lawyer and obta
	ined his PhD in Design and IT-Systems from\nthe Hasso-Plattner-Institute\,
	 Potsdam\, Germany on the topic of designing for\ndigital justice. As a re
	search group lead of Metaverse Lab at the LIFT_C\, JKU\nLinz\, he works wi
	th art-based and design approaches to legality in digital\nenvironments\, 
	as well as critical approaches to public and judicial innovation.\n\n*The 
	AI Café is part of the cooperation “Critical digitization for art and\ncul

	\nwithin the project "KI im Theater Phönix"  funded through the program "K

	omated\, and\nalgorithmic processes in theater operations are being explor
