DESCRIPTION:Sourdough #6 (magazine presentation) \nDrafting Hope\, Creating
	 Counter-Narratives                                      \n
	                                                                \n
	                                                                       \n
	                       with migrazine and maiz\n\nWhen: Friday\, 24th Apri
	l\, 17:00–19:30\nWhere: Raumschiff\, Pfarrplatz 18\, 4020 Linz\n\nIn this
gathering we present the last issue of the online-magazine migrazine\n"Dra
fting Hope\, Creating Counter-Narratives” in which we took part in search
for\nmodels of life\, community and values that promote the emancipation f
rom\ntechnology monopolies as well as our capacity for a political digital
	\nengagement. Intervening with counter-narratives\, creating alternative u
ses and\nspaces for technologies\, as well as building relationships that
inspire empathy\nand generosity were some of the forms of (re)existence in
a hyper-digitalized\nlife that we gathered to tackle this issue.\n\nToget
her with the authors Aimilia Liountou and Mary Maggic we will go through\n
two of the published texts: respectively\, the sociopolitical development
of\nemojis in the global cultural sphere\, and “Workshopology” as practice
and\nresearch methodology for artists and interdisciplinary collaboration
	s.\n\nWe invite activists\, authors\, artists\, editors and general public
to an evening\nfull of playful\, creative exchange on hegemonic digital i
nfrastructure and\npossible ways to overcome them - acknowledging our cont
radictions at hand. \n\nThis event will be held in English.\n\nAbout\nVere
in maiz: Autonomous Centre by and for migrant women founded in Linz in 199
4.\nOur goal is to better the living and working situation of migrant wome
n in\nAustria and to promote their political and cultural participation\,
as well as to\ntransform the existing\, unjust social conditions. https://

blending real facts with fantasy\, she create projects that\naim to questi

orkshopology as a shared process of\namateurism and care that can collecti
