Beginner friendly introduction to live coding with Strudel and Hydra

In this workshop designed for beginners, participants are encouraged to take their first steps with live-coding tools. We’ll explore the basics of Strudel and Hydra, focusing on their unique conception of time and how seemingly simple rules can be used to create complexity. Participants do not need any prior knowledge of music or programming, though procedural thinking—such as that developed through cooking or knitting—is an advantage.
